The Leo Messi Foundation and Social Team developed an interactive application to allow fans get closer to the football star

The Leo Messi Foundation and Social Team have developed an interactive game, ‘Training with Messi’, for smartphones.

According to the creators, the application was created to allow thousands of fans get closer to, and play with their idol while improving the situation of thousands of children and adolescents in social risk worldwide.

All funds generated fromthe application will be used to support charity projects embraced by the Leo Messi Foundation.

Nigeria is billed to play Argentina in an International friendly, in Dhaka, Bangladesh tomorrow. Ahead of the game which is taking place at the Bangabandhu Stadium in Dhaka, the Argentines arrived on Monday, with Europe's best and current world footballer of the year, Lionel Messi; who will be leading his team for the first time into a big game.

The 23-member Argentine squad, with the team officials and coach Alejandro Sabella arrived at the airport amid tight security.

The Cameroonian will reportedly earn €20 million per year

Cameroonian striker, Samuel Eto’o, may emerge the world highest paid football as Italian media says Inter Milan the striker has agreed a three-year contract deal with Russian club, Anzhi Makhachkala, worth €20 million per season.

Media reports from Milan indicated the two clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of €27 million.

The deal is larger than the estimated €12 million that Cristiano Ronaldo gets at Real Madrid and the €10.5 million that Lionel Messi is paid by Barcelona.

Nigeria has agreed to a rematch with Argentina in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the country’s football federation spokesman, Ademola Olajire said on Wednesday.

The announcement comes a week after the Super Eagles defeated a depleted Argentina side 4-1 at the National Stadium, Abuja.

The international friendly encounter is billed for September 6th, three days after Nigeria's 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar in Antananarivo.

He joins the Italian giants on a free transfer that will keep him at the club for three years.

Taye Taiwo has finalised his switch to Italian champions AC Milan, completing a three-year deal on a free transfer.

The Nigerian left back successfully underwent a medical at the club on Wednesday and sealed the move from French club Olympique Marseille on Thursday.

The 26-year-old expressed how he was delighted with the transfer.

"I thank God for this move, joining another big team like AC Milan is a dream come true," he said.

Argentina Coach, Sergio Batista, will introduce new players into his squad as the team prepares for the Copa America

FC Barcelona’s duo, Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano, will not feature in the international friendly between Nigeria and Argentina, which is expected to hold at the National Stadium, Abuja on June 1.

Both players are playing in the UEFA Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium on May 28th.

However, NFF General Secretary Musa Amadu said, in a statement, that Argentina Football Federation (AFF) has promised the country would present its first team for the encounter.
